Tristan and the Tigers first Coach Pitch game

Rounding 3rd and heading for home
Tristan and his oldest friend, Nicholas (or Nick Nick as we affectionately call him). They were born 2 days apart and have known each other for over 5 years.

Tonight was Tristan's first game of the baseball season. He got 3 good hits and played really hard in the field. I was very proud of him and his whole team. Here's to a great season!

Aidan and the Yankees first game

Aidan playing 3rd base.

Aidan played in his first T-ball game tonight. He did pretty well. No one had more hustle than him. No matter where the ball was hit, he ran after it. He also got two good hits. My only complaint is that he was playing in the dirt on the field. Whoever thought that not putting grass on the infield of a T-ball field was a good idea needs to have a talking to. Three and four-year-old boys and dirt do not mix!

May Day at St. Andrew's Lower School was held on Friday, May 2nd. There was one excited little boy walking around our house. It is all he talked about for weeks. Needless to say, we were sitting on pins and needles Friday waiting on news of the weather. But, May Day went off without a hitch on what turned out to be a beautiful day. The Kindergarten theme was "Rock around the clock", and the kids looked like they were having the best time. We Welches packed a picnic and hung out around the school grounds afterwards with several other families. The boys were exhausted by the time we made it home! Thank goodness!
