More random pics

Davis has been playing "doctor" for weeks. He checked my heart beat and gave me shots daily up until Jack Finley's birth. He will not go anywhere without his doctor bag which now comes with a surgical mask and hair cover that Duncan took out of the room where I had my C-section. He's also been carrying his Gideon Bible around with the kit - I guess in case last rites need to be administered.

Pictures from Jack Finley's first weekend at home

The weather was gorgeous this past weekend, so we took advantage and spent a lot of time outdoors. The boys had a great time playing with a rocket launcher that our neighbors bought for them to keep them busy while I focus on the new baby. Take note of Aidan's outfit - he dressed himself, and literally had on every color of the rainbow. His socks were even black and yellow Batman socks. We thought it was hilarious, but he was really proud of himself.

Introducing Jack Finley Welch!

Tristan had hilarious hair day at school - he wanted a shark fin, but ended up with spikes

Jack Finley Welch joined our family last Tuesday, January 27th at 9:54 a.m. He was our smallest little Welch, weighing in at 7 lbs. 8 oz. and 19 inches long. He is as beautiful as our other boys and healthy, which is more than Duncan and I could have asked for. We are truly blessed. Thanks to all who came to visit in the hospital. It kept me from going stir crazy! I know there are no pics of Aidan on this post holding the baby, but for some reason while I was in the hospital he just wanted to sit in the bed with me on visits and look at the baby. Since we have been home, he has to kiss Jack Finley every morning and hold him each night before bed.
